This Ambulance / Trauma EC-135 Helicopter, of which both doors can actually open, is based on an original design by Ralph Savelsberg and modified on a number of points by the EduBricks team.
A stretcher can be pushed in via the tailgate (not included). The callsign for this helicopter is PH-MMT (Eelde). MMT stands for Mobile Medical Team. All trauma helicopters have a call sign with some humor in it, such as PH-ELP (Rotterdam) and PH-ULP (Volkel). The lifeliner of VUmc (Amsterdam) has callsign PH-MAA and stands for Medical Air Assistance. (Source: https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_Medical_Team).
The set is completely in the Dutch colors and striping! Due to the striping, the set is only supplied assembled and without building instructions.
Available soon: MMT brothers in the Dutch outfit!
At the request of the maker of the original model, we will donate €5 per helicopter sold to the Red Cross at the end of the year. More designs by Ralph aka 'Mad physicist' can be found at: https://www.flickr.com/ photos/madphysicist/
